DACE UK provided General Management role working for SSE CHP Embedded Fuels/Carbon Trust Ventures to enhance the performance of an AD Biogas facility. Host site is the largest ready meals production unit in Europe.
Following a successful period of operational and commercial evaluation,  increasing financial performance, process enhancement, increased biogas production, energy export, commercial awareness & branding and overall business change with strategic direction.
The facility has now been integrated into the SSE portfolio and looking to enhance performance with sister site at Glasgow. Total power generation to be in excess of 3.7MW. (100k te/pa)
